Thanks to Relight over on the official Tomb Raider forums for extracting the textures from the game. However something no one had noticed, or at least publicly stated was this little gem bit.ly/XjUjMP A nice little nod to the original Bio dont you think Have you seen anything else?

Also love finding easter eggs, I'm still finding them in AOD. Is that supposed to be a nod towards the original Croft Manor? Kinda looks like it o.o

That's Gordonstoun, the girl's school that Core Design had Classic Lara go to in her teenage years.

Don't worry I thought it was Croft manor too when I was looking through textures over at the Eidos forum xD . I still think the best was Wilson the ball <3
And easter eggs in AoD? Please do tell more!

Please do tell more! Well for AOD if ya look at the Mona Lisa picture close enough you can see it is really Peter Connellys face on it. Also in the church you can see a poster that says Richard Morton vs so and so lol. In the pawn shop you can find a little box that says "Crypt Raider" with the gameboy model of Lara shooting her guns on it.

Admittedly, I didn't recognize it but it probably doesn't help the fact that I'm neither British nor have I been to Great Britain just yet. I understand the nod to the original biography but it also reminds me of the classic manor from the Core games, however.

Gordonstoun! <3 That's awesome! I remember watching a documentary about Lara from the 90s or early 00s called Lethal & Loaded (which gives me so much second hand embarrassment since it spent about 2/3rds of it talking about Lara's boobs and Nude Raider but there was a section about Gordonstoun and it just seemed like the perfect school for a young Lara Croft.

I know exactly the documentary you speak of as its still my favourite for being so nostalgic!!!! And I remember the bit about Gordonstoun so fondly with all the girls in their uniforms etc... definitely agree with you I could imagine Lara there as a student! Head teacher was a bit weird though! :/

Him! *shudder* I wish they'd do a documentary again like it but instead of spending most of the time focusing on Lara's sex symbol status and her horniest fans it focused on the less creepy side of things.
