If you haven't seen on Facebook or on any of the other forums, Meagan has made an announcement today that she will be leaving Crystal Dynamics as their Community Manager for "sunnier" climes in Dublin Ireland with Riot Games (League of Legends) Here's her blog post with more details: Meagan Marie's blogThe admin at Survivor Reborn wish Meagan all the luck in the world in her new venture and we're sure we won't be seeing the last of her around, just not in the guise we're used to! It's quite shocking and a bit sad that she's leaving. I've known Meagan way before she was the Community Manger at Crystal Dynamics and while she was probably one of the best community mangers in the gaming industry that I've seen, I know she really wants to make a life out cosplaying. We all have our dreams and with how League of Legends is and how dedicated Riot Games are, I really believe she can do it. She has all my best wishes with her!

Must admit she inspired me to consider community management as a career (and I nearly got a foot in at a games company thanks to Meagan's advice on her website!)

It's sad to see Meagan go! She was not only an amazing Community Manager, but a generous and helping throughout the community. I'll never forget when she helped raise money towards Extra Life when I was participating last year! I also loved how involved she was in all aspects of the TR Community such as forums, Facebook, Twitter & Tumblr. I'm also glad that she's following her dreams of cosplay, and I wish her all the best.
