Ubi has released a STORY trailer for Watchdogs.. Looks really intriguing.. the 4 month delay was a big risk for them, but hopefully has paid off..

It looks stunning! I'm really looking forward to it! From what I've seen from the new footage, I reckon the four months paid off

Yep I'd really like to have a go at this! Finally! I remember a little quip someone made last October on the MCM facebook page saying that they were really sorry, but the watchdog cosplayers have had to pull out; but don't worry they will be there in May. I found it far funnier than I probably should

Holding off on purchasing this one until Ubisoft get all the bugs worked out. As usual the reviews by critics are glowing but the user reviews are giving it a thumbs down for being a broken mess..I'm gonna trust the gaming public.

I've watched Pewdiepie play this for a bit, and it just looks like GTA with hacking involved. I'm sure I'll get it at some point, but I have to say I'm not that fussed about it at all at the moment!

Exactly the vibe I got, GTA with hacking..they could have at least tried to be more original with it lol

I'm going to leave it until I get around to getting a PS4, by then it should have come down in price. I love the hacking side of it, but from what I have seen it looks a bit whishy-washy.
Make me feel like a proper hacker goddammit!

Seems like most people in here haven't actually played it, so I'll put my two cents in for those who are thinking about buying the game or don't really know what it's about.
Watch_Dogs is like no other game before. I can see the referencing to GTA but it's nothing like it, at all. For one, it doesn't have a reputation of being just 'do what the **** you want game'. You have true consequences of your actions. The crimes you stop throughout the city make an impact on how your approach situations and people. Not only do you 'hack' tech, but you also get your own hands dirty. The game varies from place to place and the city is alive and you can see something from a couple getting into a fight and being thrown out of their house, to a gang member shooting someone who 'talked to the wrong people', to going up in the 'country' part of Chicago and finding the spirit and attitude of the people who live there completely different than those who live in the city. You have allies, but who knows what side they are really on. The game is realistically detailed. If it's raining, you're going to slide around in a car chase. If you feel someone is going to pull the trigger in the middle of a crime you can pull out your own gun and shout, 'STOP!' to scare the criminal from shooting a victim. The story is quite intriguing as it has many different outlets and perspectives that make you keep wondering, 'WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!'. And probably one of the most important and crucial parts to the game and gameplay is that when you stop crimes and you help people, you really feel like you're making a difference, and the world around you will see it.
I wasn't going to get it day one, which I didn't. But I'm glad I've got it now. And on the Playstation 4, it's amazing. I wouldn't just judge it by it's cover at all but actually play it. The game is also very very long, and I've put in hundreds of hours likely already into it.

I got this game last week - I am having so much fun with it! I've played almost every day, and still I'm only on Act II, as I'm so busy doing all the side missions. I read on a message board recently that some people were bored with the game as once you get the knack of using the tech, the missions are kind of samey. I can see that might be a valid issue, but I like hacking the cameras and being nosy so... I like the fixer missions that involve driving really fast and neutralising enemy cars... usually I end up neutralising myself as well but its a learning curve, right?
