The game first released back in 2015 on mobile devices, in which players used a touchscreen to move Lara as a puzzle piece through a board game whilst manipulating the surrounding environment. Several familiar motifs were implemented by the developers from the Tomb Raider games, such as boulder chases and other reaction-based gameplay.
Lara Croft GO offers an entirely different spin on Lara’s usually console-based adventures, adapting to mobile devices and now over on PC. is now available on Steam, as well as iOS, Android, PS4, PSVita and Windows Phone.

Honestly I will take anyone over Crystal at this point as its obvious they just don't get TR, they are better off making interactive stories since thats what they are aiming for xD. Hoping the name is placeholder since...ew just ew xD

Never heard of her until I saw an article on Facebook so I watched a few videos. She kinda reminds me of someone who would be cast to play the role of Ellie from TLOU if it ever got a movie adaptation. She seems like she can hold her own and she isn't an overdone barbie, so I say why not? xD

Last month, Lara Croft GO Lead Programmer, Antoine Routon of Square Enix Montreal delivered a GDC session called, "Distilling a Franchise: A Lara Croft GO Postmortem" You can read the full description below and watch video of the session in the GDC Vault! GDC LinkLara Croft GO is the next instalment in the award-winning series created by Square Enix Montral with Hitman GO. Hitman GO boiled down the world of Agent 47 to a minimalistic puzzle inspired by chess and dioramas, Lara Croft GO captures the essence of adventure, acrobatics and exploration. This multidisciplinary talk is a postmortem of Lara Croft GO, discussing how to bridge the gap between two very different franchises, how to distill the action-packed adventures of Lara in a puzzle format, and all the lessons that were learned in the middle.

Hoping to see more media released that celebrated the entire series as a whole. Not really big into the whole cosplay thing so not really interested in those events. Be nice to have a new retrospective featuring interviews with ex core employees for their games and then crystal for all their games. Sorta a look back documentary.

Yeah Ana's betrayal wasn't all that shocking was the cliche writing sadly making its return. Oddly enough when her and Lara are tied to the chairs I got Natla vibes from Ana when she said "That's enough" etc. Not sure if they were trying to pay homage to her in a way but she even sounded like her. lol Funny story I thought her name was Hannah because of Camilla's accent xD
I cannot count how many times I just stopped and stared at the environments...they were so damn beautiful up until the end. Graphically I think Crystal really raised the bar for next gen gaming.

Well that was one hell of an experience, just finished the game last night. They truly did make platforming the most important part of the game again, thankfully. Gunplay was still there but I loved that we had the choice of fighting, using stealth or just running.
Lara herself was just incredibly bad ass in this game personality wise. It's like classic Lara just a bit more human.

Personally speaking I ignore all opinions until I've played games myself. Reboot was the typical shooter taking direction from Uncharted, wasn't a good TR game but it was a damn good game itself. From what I heard Rise is basically just an expansion on reboot, almost reboot 1.5 if you will. Just hoping the story is written better than the first..was way too predictable..happy we can use stealth this time versus gunning everyone down xD

Its releasing in literally 2 weeks for pc and my hyper meter is still at an all time low...I mean I wanna play it but it kinda kills the fun factor when I can't talk about the game with friends because they're on ps4...and I'm not a dick to spoil stuff for them.
Honestly I'm more excited to play Final Fantasy 9 on pc...and this game is 16 years old xD says it all really.

Steam Page No other info offered besides the store saying the game will be released next month. Now they need to get cracking on the PS4 version. EDIT: Official statement from Crystal is that the release date for the PC version of both Steam and Windows is 28th January
